HESTED ACADEMY
- Elite small-group training for serious players. 6th–12th Grade Most summer programs run big groups, high energy, and call it development. We don’t. Academy sessions are capped at 8–10 athletes — because real coaching requires real access. Every athlete gets seen. Every rep gets corrected. Nothing gets lost in the crowd. This is where players make a measurable jump. What We Train • Scoring footwork and movement built for game situations • Finishing and shot creation with intention, not improvisation • Decision-making under pressure — read the defense, execute the plan • Competitive reps with a clear standard every session

GET OUT OF THE CAMP?
Academy is coached by the same staff that trains college-level athletes year-round at Hested Hoops. TDSE-certified, technique-first, and focused on real improvement not just high-rep activity.
Recovery Development doesn't stop when the session ends. Athletes learn how to recover properly between days so they show up ready to work and get the most out of every rep.
We record sessions so nothing gets lost. Athletes leave with a clear picture of what they worked on, what was corrected, and what to focus on going forward.
Sessions are capped at 8-10 athletes.

Three days. Nine hours. Eight to ten athletes max. Private training in this market runs $75–100 per hour. At that rate, what we’re delivering over three days would cost you $675–$900.
Academy is $350. Same coaching. Same system. Same standard. A fraction of the price.
